We initiated service 2 weeks ago. Not only did we not have pickup, we were told the driver wrote that the waste was collected. I called Friday morning and afternoon. We were assured email was sent to the proper department on last Friday, it's now Tuesday. Since the missed pick up, we have called, emailed and now used the app "Appreciate" function to get resolution as we have prepaid for a service not rendered. I am writing this post with the desire to get my now two weeks of garbage collected.

I couldn't ask for a better trash pick up service. They are excellent. If u are thinking of a new service...this is the one! There is never a problem with our pick up. Our trash bin is always left standing...never in the ditch unless the winds take it there. They are very respectable. They'll also help you with the customer portal if you cannot find it...like silly me! Phenomenal job y'all!!

We've used waste connections for over 7 years. We haven't had any trouble until this past month. They have consistently (4 weeks in a row) missed trash pickup. Only twice have they come back to get it. I have never missed a payment. When I call, I get redirected to Iowa Park (which is over 100 miles away). I don't know what happened to the Justin office, but I'm about to cancel my service.

Javier came out 2 hours after I called. I’ve never had any repairman respond so quickly. Javier diagnoses the problem, and found a way to work around the issue to get me hot water back. He would have installed the new unit that day,,but he didn’t have any electric units in stock. He arrived back first thing Monday morning after picking up the new unit from his warehouse and installed it. He took the old heater tank away and cleaned up the area nicer than how he found it. Javier is my go-to plumber from now on! Thank you sir for excellent customer service and for be so professionally minded!

I needed to replace a 67-foot stretch of wooden fencing between my yard and my neighbors yard and wanted to swap which way the fence faced. I chose Girard Contracting and Construction based on how highly recommended he was even though he was located about 40 miles away. I only have positive things to say about Jeremy. He responded quickly, the quote was reasonable, and I'm pleased with the final product. But there's so much more to like...Jeremy is an incredibly hard-worker. He did all the work himself. Jeremy is a great communicator and definitely in the running for the "nicest guy in the world" title. I dreaded having to deal with this fence project, but Jeremy made everything easy. I'll definitely be giving him a call the next time I have a construction project.

The best place to get pure water. Everything is removed from the water that your body is not supposed to have in it. I will leave it at that. Take the time to meet with the owners. They are a wonderful couple that really care about health and the community. They will take the time to show you the filtration system. It is massive! Also, they sell ice made from their water. It is fabulous!

Professional and courteous! Justin got us taken care of even though we had a small space to work in. He also cleaned up after himself. Couldn't be happier. We appreciate it Justin. We Recommend highly!

Justin was amazing - I called around all day to try and find a plumber without luck. I tried Benjamin Franklin and they were friendly (wish i could remember her name) professional and really seemed to care that our problem was resolved that day! Justin arrived and he too was polite friendly and got the plumbing resolved! Because of the professionalism and caring Benjamin Franklin just became our go to plumber! Not sure why anyone would use another plumber!

I was very pleased with the service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Justin was on time, a little early in fact, and communicated clearly. I live in a bit of a remote area and was concerned with finding a plumber that would provide service at my location. No problem with Ben Franklin. As a first time customer my only caution is that this is not an inexpensive option. All pricing was communicated in advance so I knew exactly what the charges would be.

Jimmy is awesome! We had some issues with our skylight when we first bought our house and he came out to inspect it even though he did not have to. We have been using him for years for roof checks and repairs. After a bad wind storm in March, we lost lots of shingles. I texted him early that morning after the storm passed and he came right away. This time we had to file a home insurance claim and the process with Jimmy was extremely smooth. He is very reliable and his crew was there right on time the morning of the roof replacement! They cleaned up everything and my roof looks great! I highly recommend Jimmy and his team for your roofing needs!

I hired Dimensional Pro Construction (DPC) to replace my roof. They did a phenomenal job! David, the project manager, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, and was also very helpful when I was dealing with my insurance company. After the workers finished installing the new roof, David walked the job site with me to confirm that I was completely satisfied with the work, and my yard had been returned to its original condition. I would not hesitate to hire DPC and David again, or to recommend them as an A+ roofing contractor.

Our service technician Josh was very friendly, thorough snd explained everything he did in the maintenance appointment. He showed pictures of each step and told us what each meant. We are extremely happy with Christmas H/A.

He notified me that he would be early. Keith was totally professional and thorough. He checked everything and found nothing extra to do. He’s a friendly young man, and I will definitely continue as a customer. In fact, I joined their membership list.

They would come add chlorine tabs but not fix any thing when it was broken. We asked them to replace the broken part, but it was like they didn’t want to do any real work. Then when we switched septic companies, they called the county and reported us for the same issue we asked them to fix numerous times! So unprofessional and not worth a single penny. Do yourself a favor and go with another company that will actually do what you pay them to do.

This guy is the most foul mouthed rude person I have met. He had a contract with our homeowners association and we always had complaints that the employees were rude. I called to ask for them to come fix a septic issue and they were late. Matter in fact they didn’t come. I called to let them know we hired someone else and he just swore at me. Avoid at all cost. Overpriced and poor service.

My wife & I are new to the Springtown area and noticed trash carts in our neighborhood with different company names on them & were unaware that in the county you are able to choose a company of your choice. This morning we noticed a Frontier Waste Solutions dump truck picking up our neighbors trash. I waved down the driver of the dump truck (Tino) to ask him a few questions. Tino was the sweetest guy and very informative. He proceeded to tell me that Frontier was the best company around & that if I spoke with Charlie that they would get me taken care of. Sure enough I gave Charlie a call and he connected me with Gabby in Customer Service. Charlie also did me a solid & sent Tino back out to my property; Tino & Daniel made time to circle back around and unloaded my truck full of trash with a smile! In as little as 30 minutes, Tino, Daniel, Charlie, And Gabby went above and beyond for this company to assure the best customer service and to win over our business! These individuals are the epitome of what an employee should be and the reason we are choosing this company over many others! A company where their employees take care of their customers as if we were family is a company that I will recommend to other new neighbors down the line!

Have had the service a couple of years. Trash pickup is straight up missed several times a year. When I called to notify them they missed my pickup, they say they are rescheduling a pickup, and that usually doesn't come for several days if they just don't just wait until the following week's pickup. Customer service representatives are unapologetic and unable to reasonably explain why this pickup are repeatedly missed and fix the problem. This most recent time, I called to say they missed and they rescheduled. When they didn't pick up that second day, I called again and was put on hold until my call disconnected with no call back. Terrible customer service.

I have been a customer for over 5 years- because I didn't have any other options previously in my rural location. I just found out that they wanted me to sign a contract of 60 months, which auto renews at the end and requires a notarized 90 day notice prior to end of contract to end contract. Im not even currently under any contract with them. They also raise the fees and cost billed to me EVERY SINGLE MONTH and have done this for quite some time. Today when I called to end service they notify me that they are billing me an ADDITIONAL $100 to come pick up their own dumpster. This coupled with a truck that damages the dumpster making it unable close at least once every single month, poor design trucks leaving a trail of trash every where it goes and unreliable service dates to empty the dumpster. If you are looking for waste removal services DO NOT LOOK HERE. if you already have them BEWARE!
